There was talk all last week about a big storm we were supposed to get and the kids were very, very excited at the possibility of a snow day on Friday. Sadly, the storm moved a bit slower than predicted and the chance of a snow day went out the window but we did get enough snow during the day on Friday to make it fun to play in Friday night, and play they did.
The boys bundled up and out they went. They decided to build a snow fort and I had to laugh when I peeked out the window to find A. hard at work and J., in typical J. fashion, telling A. what to do.
Saturday we ran a few errands and picked up a reconditioned xBox 360 for the boys as theirs had died for the last time. The boys also had fun helping me pick out a baby gift for a friend's brand new grandson.
